Finance & Accounts Executive AI/ML & Analytics

About the role

Cyepro is looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to join our Finance team at our Gachibowli, Hyderabad office. This full-time role sits at the intersection of finance operations, AI/ML and analytics, helping us keep our books accurate while using data to understand how our business performs. Cyepro builds a dealer management system for Indian car dealerships, so the financial and operational data we work with reflects real dealership activity. In this role you will help turn that data into clear financial insight, supporting better decisions across the company. Candidates from fresher level up to around three years of experience are welcome to apply.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records, including transaction entry, reconciliations and month-end close support.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards that give the management team clear views of performance.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development and upkeep of analytics models and data pipelines used for financial forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather the information needed for accurate accounts and reporting.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable Indian tax, statutory and internal finance policies.
• Document processes and data definitions so that financial reporting remains consistent and repeatable.
• Use AI/ML and automation tools to improve repetitive finance and accounting processes

What we look for

• Freshers to 3+ years of experience in accounts, finance operations or a related analytics role.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and basic understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups, pivot tables and data cleaning.
• Familiarity with SQL or Python for data extraction and analysis is a strong advantage.
• Interest in AI/ML and how data-driven methods can support finance decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under month-end deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with non-finance colleagues.
