3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

4.2 Billing and Charges

• Subscription fees are billed as set out in your quote or order
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our fees with 30 days' notice

8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. Support is provided according to your subscription plan.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to us at the contact details in section 16.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Create risk or legal exposure for us

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may download your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your data.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, India, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign to affiliates or successors
